How escrow works
When you start a P2P trade, the seller's crypto is locked in escrow. It releases to you only after the seller confirms payment. If there is a dispute, our team reviews evidence and resolves fairly.

Go to Buy Crypto, filter by payment method and currency, pick a trusted seller, and start a trade. Pay the exact amount shown, then wait for the seller to confirm. Crypto arrives in your wallet once confirmed.

Go to Sell Crypto, create an offer or accept a buyer. Your crypto locks in escrow. Release it only after you verify payment in your bank or mobile money account.

If a trade stalls or payment is not confirmed, open a dispute from the trade room. Upload proof of payment or communication. Our moderators typically respond within a few hours.

Upload a clear screenshot of your payment confirmation inside the trade chat before marking paid. Include amount, recipient name, reference, and timestamp. Blurry or edited images slow down resolution.

Each trade has a funding and payment window. If the seller does not fund escrow in time, the trade may cancel automatically. Buyers can cancel before marking paid if escrow was funded.

In your Wallet, go to Send, choose Internal transfer, enter the recipient's username, amount, and optional note. Internal transfers are instant between Gynxx users.

Go to Send → External wallet. Enter the address and amount. Withdrawals require KYC and admin review. Once approved, funds are sent via our secure payout system.

Available balance is free to trade or withdraw. Locked balance is held in active escrow trades. Pending deposits appear after network confirmations.
